My Story

From Israel to South Florida — a journey rooted in connection and communication

Born and raised in Israel, I grew up in a bilingual household where communication was at the heart of everything. My fascination with language development began early — watching how children discover words, build sentences, and express themselves for the very first time.

I moved to the United States to pursue my passion, earning my Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders from the University of Central Florida (UCF) in Orlando. I then completed my Master's of Science at Florida Atlantic University (FAU) in Boca Raton, where I honed my clinical skills across pediatric populations.

After gaining experience in clinics, schools, and early intervention settings, I founded Mai Speech Therapy in 2020 to provide the kind of care I believe every child deserves — individualized, joyful, and deeply connected to the family.

Today, I specialize in early language development, articulation, phonological disorders, childhood apraxia of speech, and social communication. I serve families across Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, and the greater South Florida area through in-home and teletherapy sessions.

My Therapeutic Philosophy

Every child is unique. My approach honors that.

Play-Based Therapy

Children learn best through play. Every session is designed around meaningful, motivating activities that make therapy feel like fun — not work.

Family-Centered Care

Parents are their child's most important teachers. I empower families with strategies, coaching, and confidence to support communication growth every day — not just during sessions.

Relationship-First Approach

Before any goals or drills, I build trust with every child. A strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful, lasting progress.
